Booking and Paying For Your Gem Course

There are two stages to booking a place on our courses. You will need to:

1. Complete the Booking Form.

2. Pay for the course.

Stage 2: Payment Methods

We prefer receiving payment via PayPal. But you can pay the course fees by any of the three following methods:

1. Paypal using your Credit or Debit Card or your PayPal account
(If you do not have a PayPal account a simple one is created when you click the “Add To Cart” button).
 
Practical Diamond Grading Course (13th  & 14th Mar) £329.17 plus VAT = £395.
 
Gem Values and Quality Workshop (27th Mar) £162.50 plus VAT = £195.
 
Gem and Jewellery Knowledge Workshop (28th Mar) £195.83 plus VAT = £235.
 
Coloured Stones Course (17th, 18th & 19th Apr) £379.17 plus VAT = £455.
 
Rough Diamonds to Polished Diamonds Course (12th & 13th Jun) £432.50 plus VAT = £519.
 

2. BACS bank transfer.
You can transfer funds direct from your bank account to our bank account. Please email us at ericemms@aol.com for our bank sort code and account details. Any bank charges for your transfer must be paid by you.

3. Cheque or money order.
You may pay by a cheque in sterling drawn on UK bank payable to “Eric C Emms FGA DGA Limited”. Please send the cheque when completing this form to: Eric C. Emms FGA DGA Limited, 34 Ely Place, Suite H 4th Floor, London, EC1N 6TD. Please note this address is NOT the teaching venue.

When your completed form AND payment have been received, we will email a receipt confirming your enrolment. The course venue and security arrangements will be emailed also. We prefer to contact you via email and by text to your mobile.

Terms and Conditions

Please note that when you book a course you are agreeing to and are bound by our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect of the moment they are posted on our website www.ericemms.com and it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions each time you use this website and your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of our latest terms and conditions.

Booking a Course

Course fees should be paid at the time of booking.
We prefer if you pay using PayPal. Payment may be made also by BACS bank transfer (please apply to us for our bank details) or by cheque. Fees and a completed booking form must be received before course date. Once full payment for a course has been made your place will be secured and you should receive a confirmation e-mail no later than ten days before the course date.

Cancellation Policy
We regret that we are unable to provide refunds in cases of illness, personal problems, relocation or change of mind about attending our courses. We will, at our discretion, upon your request in writing, consider moving your course enrolment to a future course date. This will be subject to a £50 administration fee payable immediately.

In the unlikely occasion that we need to cancel a course you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. We will also always give you as much notice as possible but cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements.

Privacy Policy
We at Eric C Emms FGA DGA Limited respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with any third party, other company or individual unless it is part of our service or unless we are required to by the Law. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any information that we collect from you will be voluntary offered (for example through forms and emails). All data will be treated in confidence and will only be used for the purpose that it is intended. Your email address may be added to our database so that we can use it to contact you about future events. Photographs of courses, seminars and workshops are taken on occasion and your image and/or name may be used for publicity purposes. Please contact us if you do not wish your email address to be retained on our database and/or your photograph to be taken. Any financial details given to us directly or sent via the website will not be stored or collected. All payments online are taken either via Paypal or through a secure online booking system. This information is confidential and we will not keep or share these details with anyone.
